Call Center has been a strong foundation to some third world countries like the Philippines. In the Philippines alone, BPO company sprouted anywhere employing thousands of Filipinos in the country. But what really makes a call center agent feel okay and working with confidence? You can never be called a call center agent actually without a confidence. Does confident matters? Yes.Its not all about speaking the right thing, having good English or accent to be consider. A call center job is stressful. That is if you are ask to work well and delivering a good customer service and satisfaction. Convergys and CyberCity Teleservices were among the most and top known call center I admired most. Why? Because they have the standard. Their standard meets everything you may want. They are strict enough and they want a call center agent to be different aside from you should be ambitious.
Rapport takes place when you are confident to your delivery or deliveries of call. Being a call center agent should be intelligent not just being a college graduate. Anybody can be a college graduate, but not an intelligent.
