Being a "Single Dad"

Good day Clan and friends as well,it's around 10 am today and finalizing this article.I may share this to you an article being a single dad.I am not a single dad because I am still single and haven't a kid yet.Come on any single dad here? Will you out for a party tonight?Dating is actually a hunt for being a single dad.I had my friend before who is a single dad working in a government institution. It is actually difficult to handle as he said to raised a kid alone.Practically speaking, dude, where is your mother?Trust you mother as she trust you.Dating?Okay,I will start doing an elaboration.

Dating on its own is just hard enough even for singles… now imagine how hard it must be for single dads raising kids alone. Since there is so much support and advice for single mothers, I figures it was time to include the singles dads since men too get joint/sole custody or widowed.
One thing that usually makes it difficult for a single father is that most women usually expect the men they are dating to place them at the top of their priority lists… even before work and family. If this is quite hard for a single guy to keep up with, how is a full time single dad expected to date when the kids have to come first? Check out this one for example: He has got so much in his hands… should drinking beer come before feeding the baby and dressing himself up? Now add a woman to that equation:lol:
Well here is the first rule of dating for single dads… BE SELECTIVE. Would you rather go through dozens of bad relationships princesses that want undivided attention or wait around for a woman who appreciates and understands the primacy of your role as a father? Much as most women like coming first, there are those realistic ones who not only accept that being a Dad comes first, but also find it VEEEERY SEXY;-)
So where are these women? I have nothing against women who go to bars and clubs, but if that is your hunting ground, then expect the younger and less mature women. Shift your gear to coffee shops and book clubs. Don’t be afraid to date single mothers… you both share dedication to family and share many experiences.
And don’t forget the all times sakes favorite… online dating sites. Once you find the right woman online, introduce her to the kids. Do this delicately and make sure the kids realize that your lady can never replace their mother. Hope that helps guys.

Good day clan.Since when this site was created last December of 2010,I laid some goals, expectations and objectives and hopefully we can meet all of these.I personally had a "eureka!" in my mind when I visited my lolo's house at Mandurriao when my uncle ronie suggested that it's better to trace our roots and finally setting up a so called "Family Tree".I knew that Sutacio Clan is really a big clan.Is it possible?Of coarse yes.hmmm..what do you think? As we all know that our beloved place "Sta.Barbara" is our home as where our ancestors came from.In any walks of life, and others were already living abroad for good,we should not forget our roots as a term I should coined as "Angkan".My colleagues will going to set up a questionnaire about the possible tracing of our clan. This will be distributed as soon as this survey questionnaire is already available and finalized. We come to call it "SUTACIO CLAN QUESTIONNAIRES".

HOW TO STAY CLOSE WITH FAMILY WHEN YOU LIVE APART?

Staying close with family members especially when they move across the country can be difficult thing to do.Family is family right, and when they'r close you can definitely take them for granted. Before you know it,someone has a new job,and they'r moving across the province, across the country or worse halfway across the world. Here are some basic ideas to all of my clan on how to stay close with family when you live apart:whether really far,or just a few hours away.

Get paid To Promote at any Location

Number 1: Calling each other can make a difference

Whether you are living a few hours from each other or across the world from one another you can always bet that they and you will have access to a telephone or celphone. What better way to keep in touch with one another than by talking with each other. It really depends on family member personalities on how much you talk with each other, some will talk daily, and yet others are satisfied with a phone call a month to really catch up on things.Phone calls are an easy and gateway to keep in touch because you can actually hear someone else talking to you.

Number 2: Try some handwriting

Although it may seem a bit old fashioned, writing a handwritten or even computer written letter is another way to keep in touch with family members that live far apart. You can write as often as you want. Some keep in touch by sending monthly letters with pictures, and others simple send letters once a year such a Christmas time or some other important holiday. Letter writing has become almost a lost form of communication with so much new technology available to people around the world but it is still yet another way to keep in touch.

Number 3: Technology

As stated before there is so much available to people world wide with the use of technology. There are many ways to communicate and keep in touch with family members using the internet today whether they live a short or far distance from you. The computer and internet have made it possible to communicate as if there are no time changes and like you were sitting right beside them. Here are a few of the ways you can use the internet to communicate with family members:
1. Email- You can use the internet to send emails back and forth between family members to help keep you informed on immediate and extended family members. Emails are the same as sending letters except you don't have to buy a stamp and they are received much quicker than a handwritten letter would be.
2. Instant Messenger- Instant messenger has also become part of a world wide way to communicate with others. It is much like talking on the phone except you are sending messages instantly via the computer to one another. Instant messenger has also come up with a way to communicate over the internet using your computer via a web cam. It's exactly like talking on the phone but you can see and hear the person you are talking to.3. Blogging- Blogging is another way to keep family members in formed of what's going on in your life. You can download pictures of your family and write journal entries about the pictures. It is much like a digital scrapbook that people can view to keep informed and communicate.
4. Networking- Large networks like MySpace and Facebook have recently become a popular way to keep in touch and find family members and friends. You can send emails and talk instantly with some of your family members, upload pictures, and let people know how you are doing that way.
These are a few ideas on how to stay close with family when you live apart from one another. Technology is becoming an increasingly popular way to stay in touch with others and stay as close as you can without actually being close to one another.

The above well-said tips are just some of the wisest and easiest way to stay close with our family. You can have your own way too you can think that suits your lifestyle, time and reasons.

My dearest clan our family is the biggest treasure that we had.Let us forget whatever dooper misunderstanding we have been into

Amber Davis

Favorite Movie of All Time: The Great Raid

I am not a movie lover before I remember especially when it comes to "bakbakanay".I fall asleep when my cousins are concentrating watching movies in CD's ,DVD's, and even betamax before. One thing I loved lately watching those when I watched a hollywood movie entitled THE GREAT RAID.I loved this movie because it is a derived, well produced I believed so,and based on true to life story. The Great Raid is produced by miramax entertainment and was co starred by our very own Cesar Montano.Well, Actor Cesar Montano delivered well and I feel his acting just okay, not so five star stellar.Hollywood Actors were among the lead roles of the movie and stars Benjamin Bratt, Joseph Fiennes, James Franco,Motoki Kobayashi,Connie Nielsen, and of coarse Cesar Montano. It was released on 2005 and sadly I was able to watched it just last December.Anyways,It was partly shot here in the Philippines and some were fictional setting. The story evolved about the liberation of the cabanatuan (Nueva Ecija) leaded by Kapitan Juan Pajota as the native katipunero, together with the american soldiers versus the Japanese invaders.I was critically reviewing it from the neophyte intro of the story to the climax set of the movie.I am giving this movie  9 stars and they really did well of making this movie well informative because it adds knowledge to our histoy wikipedias and the mind.

I didn’t believe it the first time I heard it’s got no preservatives added.  So I read the ingredients (even the fine print) and everything checked out! It really has NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED!  That means it doesn’t have ingredients that may turn out to be allergens, or worse...carcinogens!  Whew! Now that’s healthy goodness that tastes so good, I... believe that Minute Maid Pulpy is the best way to get healthy,as a man I am taking care of my health but sometimes you are exposed to harmful environments like smoke- velching vehicles, and and even foods that we eat-it is so frustrating..Now,I am blessed to have this bestfriend of mine...Minute Maid Pulpy orange!...He is real and amazing.

My Pulpy New Year's Eve

Call me JM. I want to share with you my pulpy experience during the new year's eve.It was december 31 of 2010 when I am about to sleep from a graveyard shift doing my homebased job on the internet when I received a text message from my N73 phone. It was my cousin. He is asking me if I can accompany him to buy some gifts and fireworks for the new year's eve."what?"I can only answer to him.About 15 minutes he called me up and he is already outside my boarding house."what?"I answered again.I slept and I was not able to prepare myself.Oh,its new year's eve another year to live.Brian,my cousin is an IT student and he love christmas and  new year's celebration.I love those celebration but he is so excited celebrating and I know that he is happy. We drop by the store of fireworks first.Well,I helped him chose firecrackers and fireworks wisely. It was fun and its my first time to experienced that .The next stop-at the mall.We are done shopping from gifts to last buying gifts at around 7 in the evening. Its time to separate our ways because I am going to prepare myself to go home in  my hometown and to spent a new year's eve together with my parents and its 5 years I did not spent those yuletide seasons when I am in manila for a job and a misunderstanding with my father.

I bought some groceries and fireworks that Brian gave me as a reward for accompanying him.Not bad at all.I smiled. As I am approaching the door of our house It seems no one's inside and the door is locked. It made me feel sad.Sad that no one is around.

I am about to prepare a key to open the door when suddenly it open."Happy new year!"they shouted as they switched on the light. It was them.My father-and I looked at him- he is about to cry.Yes he cried. My mother, smiled and hugged me,and my little sister Floribel who sang a christmas song-even though I could not understand the lyrics."Thank you lord"I whispered, while embracing my mother.

I am happy that night and maybe it is god's plan.I believed. My mother and I cooked bihon and suman. It is my first time to bond my mother when it comes to cooking. We shared a lot of stories like my health,my girls, and my studies. She told me that I have to strive hard and pursue my studies no matter what obstacles I may encounter.I am a working student and I am doing this for them.I am doing this to help them out from poverty. To help my little sister go to school and to gave my parents a comfortable house when they get old.I know that my mother will be okay. She will be okay after she get cured from a cyst that lets her suffer until now.I loved them very much.I loved those memories. My pulpy memories with my family at new year's eve.
