Cyber City Teleservices was raid on Thursday of alleged selling pornography sites and materials by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) of Davao City headed by Senior Superintendent Pedro Cabatingan Jr. here in the Philippines. As the Philippines' CIDG motto " seeking the truth" is somewhat an annoying statement. Cyber City Teleservices is the top call center in the Philippines and does following ethical values like no other BPO can do. Call Center Agents are seeking justice over what happen and the authorities did. The scene was an instant power protest against the "CIDG" for DISRESPECTFUL act and with no substantial evidence towards the company. One thing for sure the authorities agent who confirmed the alleged illegal business of the company and so "the porn selling" is paranoid and personal. The secret agent maybe had personal intention. That is just my opinion. Cyber City Teleservices is not a porn company. It is a sought after company in the country and it is carefully follows the standard that is why CCT was given an ISO certification.
